Contact us
We are a small editorial team and we read every message. Corrections, calculation errors and factual challenges are our highest priority — if we got something wrong, we want to fix it and we will say so publicly on the page concerned.
How to reach us
General enquiries
Questions about the site, our calculators, or anything you cannot find.
Corrections & errors
Spotted a wrong figure, a broken calculator, or an outdated rate? Tell us and we will verify it against the primary source.
Press & media
Quotes, data requests and comment on consumer banking and personal finance topics.
Advertising & partnerships
Commercial enquiries. Please read our Editorial Policy first — advertising never influences our content.
Send us a message
If you would rather not open your own email client, use the form below. It composes a message in your mail application addressed to the right team — we do not receive or store anything until you choose to send it.
What to include
- Reporting a calculation issue: the tool you used, the figures you entered, the result you got, and the result you expected. A screenshot helps enormously.
- Suggesting a tool or topic: the financial decision you are trying to make and why the tools you have found fall short.
- Corrections to written content: a link to any primary source that supports the correction. We prefer the original regulator, government or academic source over a secondary summary.
- Challenging a rate or figure: tell us where you saw a different number. Rates move constantly and we would rather date a figure than leave it looking current forever.
What we cannot help with
Being clear about this saves everyone time. We are a publishing and calculation project, not a regulated adviser, broker or lender.
- We cannot give personal financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
- We cannot recommend specific lenders, banks, brokers, funds or products.
- We cannot review your loan application or tell you whether you will be approved.
- We cannot intervene in a dispute with a bank or lender — your national regulator or ombudsman can.
Please do not send sensitive personal or financial information — account numbers, identity documents, card details or credit reports. Email is not a secure channel for this. If you need to discuss a specific account, contact your provider directly.
Is your regulator the right route?
If you have a complaint about a bank, lender or financial product, the fastest route is usually the official regulator or ombudsman for your country. These are free to use and have powers we do not:
- United States: Consumer Financial Protection Bureau — accepts complaints about banks, lenders, debt collectors and credit bureaus.
- United Kingdom: Financial Ombudsman Service and the Financial Conduct Authority.
- European Union: European Banking Authority consumer pages, or your national central bank.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge every message within three working days. Correct reports of factual or calculation errors are prioritised and are usually verified and fixed within a week. We reply in English or Arabic.
If you have not heard back within a week, please resend — small teams occasionally miss things, and a nudge is welcome rather than annoying.
Before you write
Many questions are already answered in our published policies. It may be faster to check these first:
- Editorial Policy — how we decide what to publish and how we handle corrections.
- Methodology — how our calculators work and what assumptions they use.
- Source Policy — which sources we accept and how we cite them.
- Fact Checking — our verification process, step by step.
- Affiliate Disclosure — how we are funded and why it does not affect our figures.
