How we research, write and review what appears on this site — and what we do when we get something wrong.
Last reviewed: September 2026
Scope
This policy covers everything AINext Growth publishes: calculator pages, explanatory guides, and the banking reference directories.
Who is responsible for content
AINext Growth is an independent publisher. Content is researched, written and reviewed by Mohamed Elnhas, the site's founder and editor, who works in financial markets and banking analysis. He is the named author and reviewer of every guide on the site, and each article carries his byline and the date it was last reviewed.
No content on this site is written, reviewed or approved by an advertiser, a bank, a lender or any commercial partner.
What we will and will not publish
We publish:
- Calculators that perform a defined calculation and show their formula
- Explanatory guides on how financial mechanics work
- Reference directories covering structures, rules and institutions
- Comparisons based on published, verifiable attributes
We do not publish:
- Investment recommendations or forecasts of market direction
- Personalised financial advice
- Claims about which specific product is “best” for an individual reader
- Rate predictions or anything that depends on guessing future conditions
The dividing line is simple: we explain how things work and let you calculate the rest. We do not tell you what to do with your money.
How we research
Primary sources come first. For banking and regulatory material we work from official publications: national banking regulators, deposit guarantee schemes, central banks, and financial-conduct authorities. For mathematical content we work from standard, well-documented formulas.
Where we rely on secondary sources — for example published industry averages — we prefer sources that state their methodology, and we treat the figure as an approximation rather than a fact.
How we handle numbers
Financial figures go out of date. We handle this in three ways:
- We label approximations as approximations. Where a figure is an indicative average rather than a published rate, the page says so, in the place where the figure appears rather than in a footnote.
- We separate structure from rate. Reference material focuses on things that change slowly — who regulates banks, how deposit protection is structured, what documents an account requires. That kind of content stays accurate for years. Rates do not, so we lean on them as little as possible.
- We date our reviews. Pages that carry reference material show when they were last reviewed.
Review schedule
| Content type | Review trigger |
|---|---|
| Calculators and formulas | Reviewed when the underlying mathematics or tax treatment changes |
| Deposit protection limits | Reviewed when a national scheme announces a change |
| Regulator names and responsibilities | Reviewed when a regulatory structure changes |
| Bank directories | Reviewed periodically against regulator registers |
| Explanatory guides | Reviewed when the mechanics they describe change |
Corrections policy
If you believe something on this site is wrong, contact us with the page and, where possible, a source. We will:
- Check the claim against primary sources.
- Correct the page if the claim is upheld.
- Reply to you with the outcome.
Substantive corrections — anything that changes a figure, a rule or a factual statement — are made to the page itself rather than appended as a note, so that readers see the correct information rather than a record of the error.
Independence and conflicts of interest
The site earns money from display advertising and, on some pages, affiliate links. Neither affects editorial decisions. Specifically:
- No advertiser or affiliate partner sees content before publication.
- No advertiser or affiliate partner can request changes to content.
- Inclusion in a directory is never paid for and never withheld for commercial reasons.
- Where an affiliate link appears, it is disclosed on the page, near the link.
- No member of the editorial team holds a commercial interest in any institution listed.
Use of images and third-party material
We do not reproduce bank logos, brand imagery or any third-party visual asset without authorisation. Where a visual is needed, we create it ourselves — diagrams, charts and illustrations are produced for this site. This is a deliberate policy: reproducing another organisation's brand assets without a licence is both a legal risk and a signal of low editorial standards.
Artificial intelligence
We use software tools in the course of research and production, as most publishers now do. All published content is reviewed by a human before it goes live, and the factual claims in it — protection limits, regulator names, rules and formulas — are checked against primary sources. Responsibility for what appears on this site rests with us, not with any tool we use to produce it.
